What benefits do you get from micronutrition on a daily basis? 

We all have our own particularities, and micronutrition can be used to regulate some of the niggles that a high-performance athlete can encounter. In conjunction with a healthy lifestyle, I’d say that micronutrition helps us to multiply the highly intense training we do throughout the season and helps us to recover more quickly after matches.
