You’ve been following a micronutrition plan for a few years now. How long has it been exactly? Why did you take this approach?

I’ve been working with a micronutrition advisor for five years now. This approach started after I got food poisoning in 2013 which left me with a porous intestine and a severe coenzyme Q10 deficiency. A micronutrition protocol helped me overcome these issues.
