You’ve just started using micronutrition this year. What changes have you seen in your preparation?
The first change is quite significant; 2018 is my first full season since the start of my career.
We have special drinks to take before playing, when warming up, and afterwards. We see micronutrition as an added benefit to the other factors that are part of our preparation and training.
I don’t know whether micronutrition increases my physical ability because it’s hard to quantify the results. However, I have noticed that I feel better and am able to repeat intensive efforts.
