Nutrition

Eating healthily primarily involves eating foods that offer good nutritional quality, with a focus on foods that have high contents of nutrients and micronutrients. It is also about eating in a manner that respects the planet’s resources, following the example set by Mediterranean and Asiatic diets.

A healthy diet should be varied and balanced to provide the body with the energy, vitamins and minerals it needs. It must also provide protection against chronic pathologies such as diabetes, obesity, cardiovascular diseases, etc.
